Our Guidance Counselor

Hello,

I am Pam Thomas and I am excited to be able to serve students at Childersburg High School as the school counselor. After graduating from the University of Montevallo, I began my educational career as an elementary teacher at Sycamore Elementary. After many years at Sycamore Elementary and graduating from the University of West Alabama, I then became the school counselor at A.H. Watwood Elementary School. After serving 10 years at A.H. Watwood Elementary School, I now get to serve students at the best high school in Childersburg🙂 

Although most of my counseling experience has been at the elementary school level, it brings me joy to know that I am helping students prepare to move into the next chapter of their lives at the high school level.
